Using HeyTizz
HeyTizz lets people join temporary rooms, watch supported third-party videos and live streams, chat and make audio or video calls. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must meet any age or permission requirements that apply to you and to the video services you use.
Respect the room
Do not use HeyTizz for unlawful activity, harassment, threats, impersonation, sharing private information without permission, or distributing harmful or infringing material. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls or misuse room links. Respect other participants’ privacy and obtain any permission required before recording or sharing their conversations.
Hosts and invitations
Room links allow people to request entry. Keep them private when appropriate. Hosts can lock rooms, remove participants and set playback permissions. These controls do not verify a guest’s real-world identity. Hosting can pass to another connected participant when the host leaves.
Videos belong to their providers
YouTube, Twitch, Vimeo and other supported services control the availability of their content, advertising, player features and embedding permissions. Their terms apply to their services. HeyTizz does not grant rights to content or bypass subscriptions, regional restrictions, advertising or copyright protections. Only share and access content you are entitled to use.
Your contributions
You remain responsible for the names, messages, links, audio and video you share. You allow us and our service providers to process and transmit those contributions as needed to operate the room. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Availability and temporary rooms
HeyTizz may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems, provider outages or service changes. Playback alignment varies by provider and connection. Rooms and invitation links are temporary and can stop working after expiry or a service restart. Do not use room chat as permanent storage or rely on HeyTizz for emergency communication.
Misuse and access
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect users or comply with legal obligations. Contact info@litvybe.com to report a concern. In a room, you can also ask the host to remove a disruptive guest and lock entry.
Privacy and your rights
Our Privacy notice explains how information is used. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded, including your applicable consumer rights.
Updates
We may update these terms as HeyTizz develops. We will publish changes here with an updated date and provide additional notice where required.
